  • Yes. Our White Honey is minimally processed to preserve its natural flavour, texture, and nutrients. It contains no added sugars, preservatives, or artificial ingredients—just 100% pure Kyrgyzstani honey.

  • The honey's pale colour comes naturally from the unique wildflowers and high-altitude environment of the Kyrgyz mountains. It is never bleached, coloured, or artificially altered.

  • No. DAHR White Honey is 100% pure honey with absolutely no added sugar, syrups, or sweeteners.

  • Yes. Crystallisation is a completely natural process and a sign that your honey is raw & pure. Unlike many commercial honeys, our White Honey is prized for its naturally creamy, spreadable consistency.

  • Store your honey in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. You can refrigerate, but this is not necessary.

  • Raw honey does not naturally expire when stored properly. Its low moisture content, natural acidity, and enzymes help preserve it for an exceptionally long time. However, in accordance with UK food regulations, all of our products are labelled with a best before date.

  • Most vegetarians choose to consume honey, and DAHR White Honey contains only pure, natural honey with no additional ingredients.

  • Honey should not be given to infants under 12 months of age. It is perfectly suitable for older children and adults as part of a balanced diet.

  • Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your delivery.

  • If your order hasn't been dispatched, we'll do our best to help. Please contact us as soon as possible, and we'll let you know if changes or cancellations can be accommodated.

  • Due to the nature of our food products, we cannot accept returns on opened items. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or there's an issue with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days and we'll work with you to resolve it.

  • Please email us (info@dahrhoney.com) as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging. We'll investigate the issue and arrange a suitable resolution.
